Bob Evans

Rachael and I went out to eat with the kids tonight. We went to Bob Evans. The meal lasted about 10 minutes. It was the quickest "dinner" I ever had. The kids were good though, and it is important to eat together. Family values. No photos though.

It's Blitz! Promo vid (one album I'm looking forward to this year)

7 Months

Well they have made the seven month mark. I thought I would never care about such things (see early post making fun of such "birthdays") but alas I guess I do care. I guess these mini-benchmarks are worth something. The kids had a good day today. Daddy daycare was open for business during the early morning hours of the day. Bring on the pears tonight. A new food group.

I drove by this car a number of times earlier this year on the way to work. I always wished I had a picture. Now I do, it was on cleveland.com today. This car was completely covered in ice. Oh the joys of Cleveland living.

7 Months Tomorrow

Here is a video from today. Not the most exciting video in the world. Sometimes babies just need to act like babies I guess. Crazy that they are 7 months tomorrow (or really today as I write this), Jack is somewhere in the 15 lb range (high end I think) and Riley is nearing 14 lbs. They are tiny and feisty.

Some people are quick to to nay-say the White Stripes performance from the other night. Yeah, it might not be their best, but even their worst is better than most. At least it is genuine/authentic. Whatever that means. I guess it means it sounded like a performance. It is a little bit of a sleeper though.

Back to baby news. I saw Jack take a toy out of Riley's hands today and it looked deliberate. Could be the start of a long and vicious toy war to come.

New Photos

Jack and Riley are starting to eat their baby food now. Rachael has turned our kitchen into a baby-food factory. Our freezer has been stuffed with ice cube trays filled with various mush. All is good.

Hank's in the House! Whoop! Whoop!

Hank came home today. That is the big news of the day. He was on hiatus for about six months. Our house just completely shrunk with his return.

In non-baby news, Rachael and I spent a good portion of this weekend watching t.v. Shocker. One of the shows we watched is definitely worth your time and makes me wish I had Showtime. If you get the chance, check out The United States of Tara. Good show. Watch the first episode below. Worth your time.
